Privacy Policy

Welcome.

This is the part of the website where we pretend you’ll read everything below, and you pretend you understood it. We both know the deal. Anyway, here it is – the official Privacy Policy, written in legalese with occasional sarcasm for your entertainment and our compliance.

1. Who We Are

We are based in Sweden (yes, the country with meatballs and privacy laws). We operate this website and, miraculously, we care about your data. Our contact info is at the bottom, in case you actually make it that far.

2. What We Collect (and Why)

We collect the usual digital breadcrumbs:

  • Cookies – not the edible kind. These help us see if you’ve been here before or just pretending.
  • IP Address – because the internet works that way.
  • Name and Email – if you give them to us. We won’t guess.
  • Usage Data – what pages you clicked, what you ignored, how long you stared blankly.

Why?

  • To improve our website (or at least try to).
  • To respond to your messages (unless they’re spam).
  • To send you occasional emails that you’ll probably delete.
  • To comply with the law, in case someone from the government is watching.

3. Legal Grounds (Boring but Important)

In EU terms, we collect and process your data based on:

  • Consent – you said yes (probably by clicking a button you didn’t read).
  • Contract – if we agreed to do something for you.
  • Legitimate Interest – we have reasons. Good ones.
  • Legal Obligation – because the EU says so.

4. Cookies (Still Not Edible)

We use cookies to make the site work. Some are essential. Some are for analytics. None are chocolate chip. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the site may start acting like it’s in a bad mood.

5. Who Sees Your Data

We may share your data with:

  • Service providers (like hosting or email services – not shady, we promise).
  • Law enforcement, if legally required (no, not for that illegal torrent you downloaded in 2009 or almost every week thereafter).
  • Nobody else, unless you ask us to or we sell the company to a billionaire (in which case, we’ll pretend to be sad).

6. How Long We Keep Stuff

We keep your data until it’s no longer useful, legally required, or we finally clean our digital attic. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we’ll comply (unless we legally can’t or emotionally won’t).

7. Your Rights (Especially if You're in the EU)

You can:

  • Ask what we know about you.
  • Tell us to fix it.
  • Tell us to delete it.
  • Tell us to stop using it.
  • Move it elsewhere.
  • Complain to a data authority (Datainspektionen in Sweden – they wear serious pants and colourfull wigs we hear).

8. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Sometimes your data ends up outside the EU (like when servers are in the US). We try to keep it safe, using things like standard contractual clauses and hope.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including passwords stronger than “12345”. Still, no system is 100% hacker-proof (looking at you, Kevin from IT).

10. Changes to This Policy

We might update this policy occasionally. If the changes are massive, we’ll let you know. If they’re tiny, you’ll probably never notice (unless you're really into privacy policies).

11. Contact Us

If you read this far, we owe you a cookie (a real one).

You can contact us at:
